HR Advice Line


WHAT IS THE HR ADVICE LINE?

Have a problem that's too tough to handle on your own? Worried about the legal implications of hiring or firing someone? Just want to bounce an idea off of someone? The HR Advice Line provides you with immediate access to a community of experienced HR Experts who can answer questions on all of your everyday employment issues, as well as provide legal guidance on the management of more complex HR issues such as redundancies, poor performance and disciplinary issues.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Contacting the HR Advice Line is by phone, email or fax (details are provided upon commencement), and you will simply be asked to verify yourself as an HR Advice Line customer by quoting your Customer ID or Account Name.

If you prefer, the HR Advice Line can also be accessed on a pay-as-you-go basis. The pay-as-you-go HR Advice Line can only be contacted using the online form. When you submit your question using this form, you will receive a return email notifying you of the price, based on answer preparation time, and if you then decide to proceed, one of our HR experts will prepare and email the answer to you.

The HR Advice Line is available between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday excluding weekends, public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

The HR Adviceline subscription provides you with unlimited access to a community of HR experts, which means you can call anytime you have a question no matter how small or complex.

Access to the advice line for between 1 and 5 users

HR Advice Line pay-as-you-go
We will always give you a quote before we commence work on your question, and you are not obliged to accept it. Once we receive confirmation that you have accepted the quote, we will prepare a written answer for you.
Per 15 mins £25.00

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can pay by Credit Card or Direct Debit. If you elect to pay by Direct Debit you will need to return to this page and purchase the HR Advice Line once your Direct Debit has been set up.
