WHAT IS THE HR ADVICE LINE?

The HR Advice Line provides you with immediate access to a community of experienced HR Experts who can answer questions on all of your everyday employment issues, as well as provide legal guidance on the management of more complex HR issues such as redundancies, poor performance and disciplinary issues.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Contacting the HR Advice Line is by phone or email (details are provided upon commencement), and you will simply be asked to verify yourself as an HR Advice Line customer by quoting your Customer ID or Account Name.

The HR Advice Line is available between 09.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

The HR Adviceline subscription provides you with unlimited access to a community of HR experts, which means you can call anytime you have a question no matter how small or complex.

HR Advice Line Single User Subscription Access to the advice line for a single user Per annum £499.00 HR Advice Line Multi User Subscription Access to the advice line for between 2 and 5 users Per annum £1,499.00 HR How do I get started?
