Working as part of your team
The aim is that your HR consultant will work with you as
an extension of the management team and he or she can be as
'hands on' as you wish. Depending on your requirements the
consultant will work with you or your managers onsite. When
off-site contact will be maintained by telephone and/or email.
We would work with you to agree response time targets to ensure
that the service level is maintained.
Management reporting
As part of the service we can discuss and assist you to develop
any reports you may require on a regular basis in particular
manpower reports for any management meetings. Vizual Business

systems which could greatly assist in the efficiency of this.
