Benefit programme development
We can work with and advise your managers on the design of
benefit management programmes for your business. We can source,
design and set up an employee benefits programme as well as
providing an online system to facilitate easy management of
the scheme. We can also work with suppliers of group pensions,
incapacity cover, private healthcare and critical illness
cover to create a suitable benefit package for your business.
Benefits administration
We can provide a range of benefit management services. These
range from helping you decide on what benefit package you
should provide, to managing the implementation of that plan
from selection of the appropriate pension and healthcare providers
through to the ongoing management of the scheme. Other services
available include expenses and fleet management.
